Draft for testing — to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
Risk disclosure
Last updated October 2026
Memecoins are extremely risky. Most lose all of their value. Only use money you can afford to lose completely.
Anyone can launch a coin
Coins on Parasite are created by users, not by us. We don't review, endorse or vouch for any coin, its creator, its name, its image or its links. Creators and early buyers may sell at any time. Names and images can imitate real people, brands or other projects.
Prices can move very fast
- A coin's price can drop to near zero within minutes.
- Bots and other traders may trade before or around you.
- Your quote can change before your transaction lands. Slippage limits protect you only up to the set amount.
Blockchain transactions are final
Trades on Solana can't be reversed. Sending to a wrong address, losing your wallet's secret phrase or approving a malicious transaction can mean permanent loss. We never ask for your secret phrase.
Smart contract and network risk
Coins trade on third-party smart contracts (Meteora's bonding curve and DEX programs) and on the Solana network. Bugs, outages, congestion or attacks on any of these could cause losses or delays.
The Parasite token and buybacks
Part of the platform's fee income is used to buy back the Parasite token. Buybacks depend on trading volume, can be paused or changed at any time, and are not a promise of any price, return or value. Holding the token gives no ownership of, or claim on, Parasite or its income.
